This course is conducted through an online coneference. You will collaborate with other participants in hands-on exercises, group discussions, coaching and mentoring conversations. The purpose of the course is to enrich learners with knowledge and skills needed to confidently lead changes in their workplaces for developing & sustaining highly effective teams and environment.     Tarun loves helping individuals, teams and organisations to advance in their agile journey.

    He has over 25+ years of experience in tech. industry performing various engineering and leadership roles. During last 15+ years he had wonderful consulting journey helping individuals, teams and organisations in adopting, improving and scaling agile across start-ups, scale-ups, public-sector and corporates in diverse industries in UK.

    During his journey he helped dozens of organisations, 100's of teams and 1000's of people in learning and advancing agile practices. His passion to innovate using a combination of agile methods, out of box thinking like gamification, has helped clients transform and scale agile successfully within months, launch new business vertical across Europe within a quarter, ship the brand new digital product from idea to production in weeks.

    • This course is suitable for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Engineering Managers, Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Lean-Agile consultants and team managers working in an agile environment.

    This course is taught online using Zoom. You will need a computer with good internet connection, webcam, speakers or headphones with microphones to successfully complete the course. Once you enroll, you will receive an email with all the details for joining online session.

    4. What is the course duration ?

    Total course duration is 21 hours in all formats.

    To suit individual learning preferences, we run training in 3 formats -

  • 4 consecutive half days of 4.5 hours live training each session, preceded by 3 hour of pre-workshop content.
  • 3 consecutive full days of 8 hours live training each session, preceded by 1.5 hour of pre-workshop content.
  • 6 non-consecutive half days (in 3 weeks) of 3.5 hours live training each session, preceded by 1.5 hour of pre-workshop content.

    • We offer 1 hour complimentary Coaching Session for each participant to help advance their career & professional goals.

    There are no pre-requisites for this course and is open to anyone who want to become more effective in the field of Agile coaching. It is recommended to have working knowledge of Agile values & principles plus at least one Agile framework eq. Scrum, Kanban. If you are not sure about your relevant work experience for this course, please feel free to contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

    We limit total number of participants in each cohort to a maximum of 9. This is to ensure high quality training for each learner while maintaining the suitable size for group learning and discussion.



    Certification Related

    ICP-ACC certification is a knowledge and experience based certificate. The certificate is awarded on the basis of student knowledge and experience gained through attendance of all live sessions, active participation in all activities and classroom discussion. After course completion and submission of knowledge based assignments your trainer will update your information on ICAgile Portal and you will receive your certificate through email.

    Yes, the ICP-ACC certification cost is included in the course fee.

    The validity of Agile Coach certification is a lifetime. It does not require additional fee to renew every few years.

    The process for receiving the certificate is as below :


  • Enrol at 9Squares for online ICP-ACC course.
  • Go through pre-workshop content sent in course enrollment confirmation email.
  • Attend all the live sessions.
  • Submit all the assignments.
  • Give your course feedback.
  • Receive your certificate from ICAgile.
  • Celebrate and share your learning.


    • Reschedule and Cancellation Related

    100% attendance of all live sessions is mandatory to receive the certification. However, we understand unexpected things may happen and therefore offer you full support to rejoin another upcoming group session on scheduled date in 6 months.

    All Cancellation and Reschedule requests must be notified over email.


  • You can reschedule 2 weeks prior to original start date to any future date in next 6 months without any additional charges.
  • You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 2 weeks before the course start date.

    • We aim to maintain the quality of learning experience you have invested in, which includes meaningful interactions with other learners. The most common reason for cancellation is low registration number. In the event that the booked class needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, due to low registered learners or circumstances outside our control, we will offer a complete refund or the option to reschedule to another date without any additional charges or deductions.
